1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by CCTV Experts, a professional security and surveillance installation company operating across Dubai and the wider UAE. By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services Provided

CCTV Experts provides professional installation, configuration, and maintenance of security systems including but not limited to: CCTV and IP camera systems, access control, structured cabling, data networking, audio visual systems, and LED TV installation across commercial and residential properties in the UAE.

All works are carried out by trained technicians. Service scope, equipment specifications, and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to commencement of any installation.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.

Quotations are based on information provided by the client at the time of enquiry. Any changes to scope, site conditions, or equipment requirements may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the total project value is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation and client sign-off. For ongoing maintenance contracts, invoices are issued monthly or annually as agreed.

Late payments may be subject to a service charge. CCTV Experts reserves the right to withhold warranty support until outstanding balances are settled.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a confirmed installation appointment will incur no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may forfeit the deposit, unless rescheduled within 30 days at mutual convenience.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to engineer availability.

6. Warranty

All hardware supplied by CCTV Experts carries a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Labour and installation workmanship is warranted for 6 months from the date of project completion.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, improper use, tampering, third-party interference, or physical damage following handover. Any faults identified must be reported to us promptly so they can be assessed.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the installation site on the agreed date. Where necessary, the client must obtain any required approvals from building management, landlords, or relevant authorities prior to installation commencing.

CCTV Experts accepts no liability for delays or additional costs arising from access restrictions, incomplete site preparation, or changes in site conditions not disclosed at the time of quotation.

8. Limitation of Liability

CCTV Experts shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or installed systems, including loss of footage, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the provision of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
